Key responsibilities:
l Identify and develop new customer opportunities, including potential business clients and bulk buyers
l Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
l Promote the company’s poultry feed products and related goods to a broad customer base
l Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
l Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and confirm sales orders with customers
l Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment
l Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods
l Monitor customer demand, market trends, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities
l Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to the company director
l Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support ongoing business relationships
Skills and Experience Required
l At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, client development, or business development AND A relevant Bachelor or above qualification
l Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
l Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
l Experience in managing orders, pricing discussions, and customer enquiries
l Ability to work independently and take initiative in sales activities
