We are Auckland based company and looking for full time Tractor Drivers to join our team. We need someone who will be a vibrant person with great people skills with a positive approach to their work. Your Working hours will be minimum of 30 hours to maximum 45 hours from Monday – Sunday as per the roaster.

 

Job Description for Tractor Driver:

 

·       Operating tractors safely and efficiently.

·       Performing inspections of tractors and attachments and ensuring they are well-lubricated.

·       Using tractors to transport materials and pull or push Horticultural equipment.

·       Operating tractors in fields.

·       Reporting any faults or concerns top the Manager.

·       Remaining alert while always driving and maintaining the appropriate speed limit.

·       Follow health regulations and safety standards

·       Report any machinery faults, hazards or incidents promptly to supervision

 

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

·       Should have 3 years of relevant work experience or Level 4 or higher qualification in any stream

·       Should have clean driving license Class 1 or equivalent international driver license.

·       Must be physically fit.

·       Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing seasonal workloads.

·       You may require driving on weekends

·       A positive attitude and a great work ethic

·       Clean Character Background

Salary can be negotiated as per your experience level between $29 to $35 per hour.
