Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Company

SKY FOUNDATION LIMITED, we are a growing property development company engaged in residential and mixed-use developments across New Zealand. We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing strategy, digital campaigns, and project promotion.

Key Responsibilities

•         Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote property development projects

•         Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance

•         Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across online platforms, including social media and digital advertising channels

•         Create and manage digital marketing content, including video-based promotional materials

•         Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights

•         Generate leads and support property sales through targeted marketing initiatives

•         Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent branding and marketing delivery

Skills and Experience Required

•         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field, OR at least 5 years of relevant work experience

•         Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign planning and execution

•         Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and improve campaign performance

•         Experience in content creation and digital media (including video production) is advantageous

•         Excellent communication and organizational skills

•         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
