Commerical Cleaning Manager

Perfect World Limited is looking for a full-time Commerical Cleaning Manager to join the team. 

To be right for this role and our organization, you need:

• At least 2 years relevant experience or a level 4 or above relevant qualification.
• Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime.
• Long-term commitment required.

Job Requirements

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the cleaning team
• Plan and allocate daily work schedules and staff assignments
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and maintain strong relationships
• Conduct site visits, assess cleaning requirements, and prepare accurate quotes
• Develop tailored cleaning plans and provide professional recommendations
• Coordinate staff deployment and provide clear instructions for each job
• Procure cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies as required
• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleaning quality and health & safety compliance
• Respond promptly to client enquiries, feedback, and complaints, and resolve issues effectively
• Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure consistent performance
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget
