Perfect World Limited is looking for a full-time Commerical Cleaning Manager to join the team.
To be right for this role and our organization, you need:
- At least 2 years relevant experience or a level 4 or above relevant qualification.
- Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime.
- Long-term commitment required.
Job Requirements
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the cleaning team
- Plan and allocate daily work schedules and staff assignments
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and maintain strong relationships
- Conduct site visits, assess cleaning requirements, and prepare accurate quotes
- Develop tailored cleaning plans and provide professional recommendations
- Coordinate staff deployment and provide clear instructions for each job
- Procure cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies as required
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleaning quality and health & safety compliance
- Respond promptly to client enquiries, feedback, and complaints, and resolve issues effectively
- Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure consistent performance
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget
