You will need to have at least 2 years’ work experience in the same field/industry; OR have a relevant level 4 or equivalent qualifications/certificates.

Machine Maintenance Technician is required to:

·       Responsible for the maintenance, repair and setup of product manufacturing machine for the functions of washing, drying,weighting machine and other control driven equipment

·       Run routine examinations and tests to diagnose faults and errors

·       Repair, program, and troubleshoot control systems on product manufacturing machines and other food processing machines

·       Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machines

·       Application of adhesives, lubricants or other materials to machines or their parts as well as other equipment in accordance with stated procedures

·       Advise on the correct operating procedures and manuals to prevent malfunctions and ensure work place safety

·       Keep record of the maintain and repair history, and analyse the data

·       Inspect machines and equipment to maintain optimum performance and maximise machine production and efficiency

·       Work closely with manufacturing and operating team to get machines up and running to capacity

·       Utilize knowledge of mechanical principles to set up and take care of control systems at all time
