We are seeking an experienced detailer to join the team. This role is pivotal in supporting the company’s continued growth and success by delivering accurate and competitive quotes and pricing.  

  WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Accurately measure, quantify, and price materials for residential and light commercial builds

 THE ROLE

  • Producing accurate frame and truss designs & layouts
  • Interpreting plans and engineering requirements
  • Accurately measure, quantify, and price materials for residential and commercial builds
  • Deliver fast, accurate estimates to support tight quote turnaround times
  • Liaising with clients, engineers and production teams
  • Ensuring designs are efficient, compliant, and build-ready
  • Keeping projects moving with speed
  • Prepare accurate and timely estimates and quotes. 
  • Work closely with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain pricing and ensure cost competitiveness.
  • Ensure all costings and submissions are completed to company standards and deadlines.


 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience in frame & truss detailing
  • Hands-on experience in frame & truss detailing within the NZ market
  • Ability to read and interpret  plans and structural drawings
  • Strong knowledge of Sapphire & Mitek 20/20 software
  • Sharp eye for detail and ability to problem-solve on the fly
  • Someone who can handle pressure and hit deadlines
  • Solid communication skills – you know how to get things done!
