Are you an experienced Construction Foreman looking for your next opportunity in one of New Zealand’s fastest-growing regions? We are seeking expressions of interest from skilled leaders to support a strong pipeline of commercial and residential projects across Queenstown and Central Otago.
About the Role
As a Foreman, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality builds, leading site teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain standards and drive productivity on site.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate with be required to undertake pre-employment checks which may include references, drug and alcohol testing and a Ministry of Justice check.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and coordinate trades
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones
- Maintain quality control and resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Lead, mentor, and motivate site teams
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Senior Leading Hand in construction
- Strong knowledge of NZ building practices and H&S requirements
- Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Trade qualification preferred but not essential
- Full NZ driver’s license
