Job Description :
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Shift Supervisor (2 positions available), motivated and committed person to join our team in our business in Canterbury. You will be assisting with the operation of the business during your shift and will provide excellent customer service. We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week with a pay rate between $24 - $31p/h. You will be working as per roster hence flexibility is important in this role.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading our team to success.

Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and Motivate team members during shifts to ensure high performance and positive work environment.

·         Ensure customers have an outstanding experience by providing fast, friendly, and efficient service.

·         Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, order accuracy, and delivery efficiency.

·         Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development for existing staff

·         Maintain product quality and store cleanliness to meet Domino's standards.

·         Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure stock availability.

·         Address customer complaints and operational issues promptly and effectively.

·         Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.

·         Assisting the Manager to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Requirements:

·         Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential

·         Friendly and helpful attitude with good communication skills

·         Honest, punctual, and dependable

·         Drivers License is required

·         Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

·         Pre-employed Drug test and Ministry of Justice checks required
