Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 2:30pm
 
We’re currently looking for a motivated and hands-on Team Lead to join a busy recycling plant based in Penrose. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a physical role but also has the confidence to lead a team and keep things running smoothly.
 
 
About the role:
You’ll be working directly on the plastic sorting line while leading a small team. This is a hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for maintaining productivity, ensuring quality standards are met, and creating a positive and safe team environment.
 
 
Key responsibilities:
*Leading and supporting a team on the sorting line
*Ensuring consistent output and quality control
*Working alongside the team in a physical, labour-intensive role
*Promoting a safe, positive, and productive work environment
*Building strong working relationships with your team
 
 
What we’re looking for:
*Previous labouring or hands-on work experience
*Proven leadership experience (preferred but not necessary)
*Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
*Strong attention to detail
*Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
*Reliable and able to commit to early starts
