3Engg. Limited T/A Concierge Car Wash operates premium car wash services at Manukau and Newmarket and requires a Customer Service Manager to oversee daily operations across both branches. This role is essential to ensure consistent service quality, manage staff performance, resolve customer issues, and drive customer satisfaction and business growth across multiple locations.

Location: Manukau & Newmarket, Auckland, New Zealand
Pay Rate: $29 – $36 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience or Level 4 Qualification
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily customer service and operational activities across both car wash branches.
- Manage, roster, train, and supervise staff to ensure service standards are consistently met.
- Ensure excellent customer experience by handling enquiries, feedback, and complaints across both sites.
- Monitor service quality, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Implement company service procedures, customer service standards, and operational policies.
- Coordinate staffing, supplies, and workflow between Manukau and Newmarket branches.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety requirements and site cleanliness standards.
- Maintain service records, customer feedback logs, and basic performance reports.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer retention strategies.
- Liaise with senior management regarding branch performance, staffing issues, and improvement opportunities.
