Job Summary
We are seeking an Intermediate Landscape Architect to support the planning, design development, documentation, and implementation of landscape works across residential and largescale development projects.The role involves contributing to landscape and public realmdesign while supporting the coordination and delivery of design outcomes through to construction within a multi-disciplinary project environment.Key Responsibilities
• Undertake site analysis and landscape assessment, including physical, environmental, and community context.
• Contribute to landscape planning and spatial layout strategies across project sites.
• Contribute to the preparation of landscape plans, site layouts, and design concepts across a range of projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, planting plans, construction documentation, and specific ations.
• Support the integration of landscape systems, including grading, drainage, and material selection.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to support integrated project delivery.
• Review design information and resolve design and technical issues during design andconstruction phases.
• Participate in site inspections and monitoring of landscape works to ensure alignment with design intent and documentation.
• Support the implementation of landscape works through construction coordination, buildability review, and material verification.
• Contribute to delivering functional, sustainable, and well-integrated landscape out comes.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the relevant Landscape or Architecture field.
· At least 2 years of professional experience in the Landscape or Architecture field.
· Experience contributing to projects from concept design through to construction documentation and construction phase support.
· Proficiency in design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
· Understanding of site planning, grading, and drainage principles.
· Ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary project teams.
· Strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
· Exposure to the construction phase support or site-based coordination.
· Understanding of landscape implementation, detailing, and buildability considerations.
