SOUTHLAND, RURAL SITE BASED ROLE - MAINTENANCE MANAGER

THE ROLE:
Southland, rural based food processing site is on the hunt for the right engineering leader to take this role on and make it their own. Reporting into the Site Manager & working alongside the Production Manager you will have a strong established support network on site & among the other sites within the larger group. This is very much a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the availability of the processing plant & utilities, whilst growing the maintenance teams' skills.

THE REQUIREMENTS: 
Trade certified engineer: mechanical/ electrical 
OR Tertiary Qualified Maintenance / Diagnostics/ Reliability Engineer
Min. 7 yrs in manufacturing maintenance (preference for food)
Min. 3 yrs in a maintenance leadership role
Proven IT skills: CMMS / Reliability software & MS Suite
Confidence in leading & mentoring trades teams
Professional communication skills
Experience in budgetary & planning duties
Commitment to the Southland region
