Our office products client in East Tamaki needs a hands on supevisor to lead their warehouse team

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the team our office equipment client.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional warehouse supervision skills and contribute to the smooth operation of our bustling facility. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the inwards, pick, pack, and dispatch processes, ensuring that clients receive their orders promptly and efficiently.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a warehouse supervisor, with a strong understanding of inwards, pick, pack, and dispatch processes.
  • Proficient in the use of computer systems and software to manage inventory, track orders, and generate reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of warehouse staff.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks, including lifting and operating a forklift(with a current OSH forklift certificate).
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Salary based on skills and experience. Hours are generally 8am - 4.30 Mon to Fri with occasional longer hours dependent on client demand
