THE ROLE
You will be heading up a busy small team of qualified heavy diesel fitters & marine engineers. Ensuring the reliability & availability of the mobile fleet including, marine & road transport equipment. Your proactive, solutions focused skillset will mean you are successful in motivating, quality checking & working alongside your team in one of NZ's enviable South Island locations.
THE REQUIREMENTS
NZ recognized Heavy Diesel qualification
Hands-on experience as a HD fitter for min. 5 yrs
Strong diagnostic, hydraulic & electrical troubleshooting skills
Confidence in leading & mentoring a trades team
Proven strengths in H&SĀ
Full NZ Work Rights - Citizen/ Resident / Open Work Visa
Professional communication skillsĀ
Commitment to relocating & living in the Southland region
