You will be working across multiple industrial and construction sites throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas. This is live site work, not workshop fabrication. You need to be self-sufficient, safety-focused, and capable of delivering quality work without needing someone looking over your shoulder.
Day to day you will be:
- Fabricating and welding structural components on active construction and industrial sites
- Installing and fitting fabricated components as part of wider project scopes
- Operating EWPs and scissor lifts safely and in accordance with site requirements
- Performing rigging and dogging duties as required on site
- Working independently and maintaining high standards of workmanship throughout
- Complying with all site safety requirements and WHS obligations
What We Need
- Trade Certificate as a Boilermaker, this is non-negotiable
- Proven on-site fabrication experience, workshop-only backgrounds will not be considered
- Hands-on experience operating EWPs and scissor lifts, tickets can be obtained on arrival if needed
- Basic familiarity with rigging and dogging, ticket can be completed after arrival
- Ability to work independently on live construction and industrial sites without hand-holding
- Strong safety mindset and a reliable, consistent work history
- Financially ready and genuinely committed to relocating to Brisbane
