SITE SUPERVISOR – CONSTRUCTION

Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week (full-time)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on
construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, trades, and labour teams
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety at Work Act 2015
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and site safety checks
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Maintain quality control and ensure high workmanship standards
• Organise materials, deliveries, and site logistics
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and delays
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure work is completed on time and within project deadlines
Requirements
• Proven experience on site manage.

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and timelines
• Good understanding of NZ building codes
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans
