Faith Construction and Consulting Ltd provides comprehensive landscaping services across Auckland, covering services from design and construction to ongoing maintenance. We are now seeking two landscapers to join our busy team.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • At least two years of proven working experience
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and sketches
  • Strong proficiency in using landscaping tools and equipment
  • Knowledge and practical skills in building hardscape structures
  • Creative skills in paving and tiling solutions
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Key responsibilities:

  • Interpret landscaping drawings, blueprints, and plans to determine project scope, materials, and construction methods.
  • Prepare and level sites, set out landscaping structures, and ensure accurate measurements and alignment.
  • Construct and install hardscape features such as retaining walls, paving, brickwork, and garden edging.
  • Carry out paving and masonry tasks, including laying bricks, blocks, and stone for pathways, patios, and outdoor surfaces.
  • Mix, pour, and finish concrete for garden structures, footings, and paved areas as required.
  • Prepare base materials such as compacted gravel and sand to ensure stability and durability of paved surfaces.
  • Use mortar and other bonding materials to secure bricks, blocks, and stones in accordance with project specifications.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping tools, machinery, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other contractors, and designers to complete projects on time and to specification.
  • Plant, propagate, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns.
  • Apply knowledge of horticulture, soil conditions, and climate to ensure plant health and sustainability.
