Position Title: Contract & Project Administrator
- Prepare, review and administer head contracts and subcontracts, ensuring all contractual obligations are understood and complied with
- Monitor project progress against contractual requirements and assist in managing variations, progress claims and payment schedules
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and clients on contract-related and project matters to ensure smooth delivery of works
- Support Project Managers in coordinating construction activities, tracking timelines and ensuring project milestones are achieved
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, project documentation, correspondence and variation registers
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on action items to support effective project communication
- Assist in resolving day-to-day project and contract-related issues, and escalate matters where required
- Prepare reports on project status, costs, variations and performance for internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with project teams, consultants and management to ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies and relevant regulations
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field (such as Commerce, Management, Construction, etc) OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of contracts and project coordination processes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; ability to speak Chinese or Korean is a plus but not mandatory.
