Position Title: Contract & Project Administrator

  • Prepare, review and administer head contracts and subcontracts, ensuring all contractual obligations are understood and complied with
  • Monitor project progress against contractual requirements and assist in managing variations, progress claims and payment schedules 
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and clients on contract-related and project matters to ensure smooth delivery of works
  • Support Project Managers in coordinating construction activities, tracking timelines and ensuring project milestones are achieved
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, project documentation, correspondence and variation registers
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on action items to support effective project communication
  • Assist in resolving day-to-day project and contract-related issues, and escalate matters where required
  • Prepare reports on project status, costs, variations and performance for internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with project teams, consultants and management to ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies and relevant regulations

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field (such as Commerce, Management, Construction, etc) OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of contracts and project coordination processes
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; ability to speak Chinese or Korean is a plus but not mandatory.
