Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS)

We are looking for experienced Site Traffic Management Specialist (STMS) to join our team
in Waikato.

This is a full-time permanent role, with guaranteed 40 hours per week.

For the right candidates, we offer an hourly rate from $30.00 - $35 per hour depending
on your experience/certification.

Job Description:
This role is to keep everyone safe during roadworks, including traffic management crew,
road workers and people driving or walking near the site. You will be responsible for
setting up and managing traffic control and making sure all safety rules are followed.
Key requirements include (but are not limited to): 

• Set up, modify and remove TTM worksites according to approved traffic
  management plans (TMP).
• Conduct risk assessments by identifying potential hazards, risks and
  implementing controls.
• Operate and maintain business assets.
• Provide on-site traffic control and management during project deliveries.
• Completing required documentation, such as your daily on-site records.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, report incidents or damage to manager
  immediately and complete paperwork through our system.
• In-depth understanding of CoPTTM and NZGTM or NZ relevant policies for TTM
  delivery.

The successful candidates needs to demonstrate:

• Proven at least 2 years experience in road or traffic management environment.
• STMS B Practicing qualification
• NZTA TTM Worker certificate
• First Aid Certificate desirable
• Willing to undergo pre-employment screening
• Physically fit and reliable for shift work
• You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
