Ayuora Property Services delivers property management and specialist cleaning services to commercial clients. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team to help maintain high cleaning standards across multiple sites.

Job Description

As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness across multiple sites, including medical centres and laboratory environments. This full-time role involves a minimum of 32 hours per week, with shifts primarily in the evenings from Monday to Thursday, plus one weekend evening.

You will be required to travel between multiple sites each shift.

Pay: $23.50 – $27.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Clean commercial premises including medical centres and laboratory spaces
• Clean and sanitise clinical rooms, waiting areas, offices, and amenities
• Vacuum, mop, disinfect surfaces, and remove rubbish
• Follow strict infection control and health & safety procedures
• Secure premises after cleaning where required
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months’ previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Experience in medical or healthcare cleaning is advantageous
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Must have own reliable vehicle (travelling between 3–4 sites per shift)
• Full, clean driver licence
• Trustworthy and able to pass background checks (due to access to medical facilities)
• Pre-employment drug test required
