You will be running air conditioning installations and service work independently across residential and light commercial sites in Sydney. This is a lead role, which means you own the job from start to finish. No hand-holding, no waiting around. The company is booked out and the work is consistent.

You will be running air conditioning installations and service work independently across residential and light commercial sites in Sydney. This is a lead role, which means you own the job from start to finish. No hand-holding, no waiting around. The company is booked out and the work is consistent.
Day to day you will be:
- Running residential rough-ins and installations independently across a range of system types
- Diagnosing and servicing VRV, ducted, multi-head, and split systems
- Managing the job on site from setup through to commissioning and handover
- Working alongside apprentices from time to time and keeping the job moving
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and representing the company well on site
- Communicating clearly with the boss and keeping jobs on track
What We Need
- Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, this is non-negotiable
- Proven experience across VRV, ducted, multi-head, and split systems, both installation and service
- Ability to run jobs independently without supervision
- White Card required
- A positive attitude and the kind of work ethic that lifts a team, not drags it down
- Genuine commitment to relocating to Sydney long-term, not just a short-term move
- NZ candidates can arrive and start almost immediately, no visa required
