Manager

Key Responsibilities:

·  Manage and oversee daily car grooming operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation

·  Determine appropriate service offerings, product mix, and maintain optimal stock levels

·  Develop, implement, and monitor purchasing strategies, pricing structures, and service standards

·  Promote and advertise the company’s services to enhance customer reach and business growth

·  Engage with customers, provide service recommendations, and advise on appropriate vehicle care solutions

·  Recruit,Supervise, train, and manage grooming staff to ensure efficient workflow and high performance

·  Monitor job scheduling and ensure the timely completion of all grooming services

·  Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and financial transactions

·  Be responsible for settings budgets, cost control, and overall financial management of the grooming operations

·  Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations and company policies

·  Conduct quality checks on vehicles before and after grooming

·  Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

·      Maintain records of completed jobs and staff performance

Skills and experience for the role:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of vehicle cleaning products, tools, and techniques
• A valid driver’s licence
• Ability to work weekends

Minimum 30 hours a week.
