We’re looking for 2 superstar Qualified Beauty Therapist to join our Team!

Blessed with Porcelain Skin Ltd t/a Porcelain Skin is a privately owned local beauty salon located in Papamoa and is looking to expand their current team.

 

About the role 

Our Beauty Therapists are passionate, fast-paced, and focused on delivering amazing results for our customers on their journey to skin confidence!

The role will involve:

  • Working with customers to deliver treatments best suited to their concerns
  • Managing the customers' journey through their Treatment Plan – including cross-selling treatments where recommended (for example eyelash extension and eyebrow threading)
  • Maintaining a tight-knit relationship with the clinic team to ensure we all achieve our targets while meeting our high-performing team values
  • Always doing right by our customers and delivering the best for the brand
  • Generating and facilitating customer enquiries
  • Delivering a range of services including:
    • Massage
    • Facials
    • Eye Lash Extensions
    • Make up for bridal parties and parties
    • Event-specific hair styling, e.g. weddings

Skills and experience

 A qualification/certificate/practical diploma in Beauty Therapy, or at least 3 years of experience. 

Great Communication - Fluent in English

 

About the business

Porcelain Skin operates from their Salon in Papamoa between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday to Sunday. We are looking for someone who is able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week on a rostered basis. Staff parking is available at an hourly rate starting at $28.00 per hour, but can increase to $30 per hour based on experience
