- Tiling of main floors, wet areas, patios, and balconies on new builds
- Bedding wet area floors and shower areas
- Waterproofing preparation on wet areas
- Working across new houses and townhouses as the development pipeline progresses
- Delivering consistent, quality work to a high standard on every job
- Supporting and mentoring crew members as the team builds out
- Trade qualification in Tiling and a current tiling licence
- Strong residential new build tiling experience across floors, wet areas, patios, and balconies
- Solid wet area experience including shower bedding and waterproofing prep
- Strong work ethic and reliable, consistent attendance
- Genuine commitment to relocating to Brisbane long-term
