To support our growth, we are seeking motivated and skilled Senior Tyre Fitters and Tyre Fitters to join our dealership group in a fast-paced business environment.

About the Role
You will assist with the day-to-day operations of our tyre business, including:
•     Removing and replacing tyres
•     Diagnosing tyre damage and wear
•     Identifying wheel balance problems and balancing wheels
•     Performing puncture repairs in line with industry standards
•     Delivering a high standard of customer service in a professional environment
•     Supporting team members as required

Requirements
Senior Tyre Fitter
•     Minimum of 3 years’ experience in tyre fitting
•     Superior time management skills with a commitment to meeting objectives
•     Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
•     Passion for the automotive industry and dedication to team success

Tyre Fitter
•     Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in tyre fitting
•     Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
•     Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
