Position Title: Operations Manager

Location: Hamilton

Token:1

Hours per week: 30-50 hours

Payment: $35

Requirement:

At least 2 year’s relevant work experience;OR

Bachelor’s degree in business field or above

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, manage, and oversee daily operations across farming, harvesting, packing, and dispatch

· Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including inventory control, order fulfilment, and nationwide distribution

· Analyse demand and develop production plans to align supply with customer requirements

· Oversee logistics planning and ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers

· Manage procurement of packaging materials and operational supplies, and liaise with local and overseas suppliers

· Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure service levels are consistently met

· Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

· Ensure compliance with New Zealand food safety and operational standards

· Lead and manage operational staff and resources across production and logistics functions

· Support business development initiatives, including future import/export and supply chain expansion
