Telephone sales BDM

Platinum Recruitment are partnering with a small but growing sales business, based out of Christchurch, servicing national clients. They are looking to strengthen their telesales team with an enthusiastic person that loves to talk to people on the phone and has a proactive approach to their career.

Responsibilities include:
Make outbound marketing calls to both existing customers and potential customers by telephone to gather market data and research
Record names, addresses, e-mails, and reactions of customers and prospects contacted
Generate call reports, and other routine reports to track development and information gathered
Participate in weekly sales meetings
Other clerical or Sales & Marketing duties as assigned

To be successful you will need:
Outbound cold calling sales experience
CRM Data entry experience
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Good phone demeanor and high-energy personality
Comfortable with learning and using new software programs
