The Opportunity:
Take ownership of a high-potential NZ territory, driving growth through a consultative, solution-led technical sales approach.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead sales across the Water, Wastewater, and Industrial Food sectors, working closely with customers to understand operational challenges and deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency, reduce waste, create cost savings, and enhance overall performance.
With strong market demand and multiple projects already underway, this role is ideal for someone who can genuinely add value, build long-term partnerships, and continue to drive momentum across an active project pipeline.

The Role:

Take ownership and drive revenue growth across Water, Wastewater, and Industrial Food sectors

Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers, working with them on projects that are already underway.

Identify and convert new and upcoming projects into profitable business opportunities

Prepare and manage value-driven proposals, including tenders and commercial negotiations

Manage a healthy sales pipeline, forecasting, and activity through CRM systems
-
Deliver solution-based sales across technologies including decanter centrifuges, rotary drum thickeners, heat exchangers, and evaporation systems

Collaborate with engineering and service support teams, leveraging their expertise as your eyes and ears in the field

Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities
About You:
-
Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering within water/ wastewater or industrial food processing environments

Experience working with capital equipment, process technologies, or engineered solutions

Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative, solution-based sales approach

Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify, develop and convert opportunities into revenue

Ability to engage confidently with engineers, designers, plant managers, a wide range of stakeholders

Self-motivated, proactive, highly driven, with a strong sense of ownership

Comfortable managing a large territory, where the customers are already identified and projects underway.

Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
