Super Outlets was founded in New Zealand in 2021 and is located in Henderson, Auckland. We aim to create the best online and offline department stores in New Zealand, offering a wide range of products and services, including furniture, homeware, electronics, garden and outdoor equipment, tools, lighting, rugs and mats, massage chairs, food and supplements, and IT services. 

We are now seeking a Marketing Specialist to help us develop structured marketing strategies to attract new customers and support the ongoing growth of the business.

 

Key Responsibilities of this role:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with the overall business strategy.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns, from concept to execution and analysis.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website, and email marketing.
  • Monitor online presence and optimize digital channels to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and visual elements across all marketing materials.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to achieve marketing goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.


To be qualified for this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, and at least a level 7 qualification in business.
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills in both writing and speaking.
