This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved right across the build – from structural stages through to finishing. You’ll be working on large-scale commercial projects across Christchurch, alongside a crew that backs each other and gets the job done right.

- Formwork, foundations, and structural carpentry
- Steel tying and concrete prep
- Assisting with tilt panel installation
- Reading plans and setting out accurately
- Working on apron slabs and concrete pours
- Supporting commercial office fit-outs
- Delivering high-quality finishes
- Keeping sites safe and running smoothly
- Proven experience in commercial carpentry
- Solid skills in formwork and concrete work
- Confident reading and working from plans
- Experience with tilt panel construction
- Reliable, detail-focused, and takes pride in your work
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Own tools and transport preferred
- Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
