We are now seeking a Marketing Manager. This is a full-time job with guaranteed hours of 30 hours per week.

 

The job involves the following tasks and duties:  

  •   Directing the development and implementation of sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer retention for ICT solutions, including hardware, software, cloud services, and business solutions.
  •   Coordinating with the Sales Department to implement sales strategies and advise on room for improvement.
  •   Developing and executing marketing strategies to increase market reach and promote the company’s ICT products and services to both commercial and retail customers.
  •   Leading marketing research, analyzing consumer patterns and trends, and adjusting marketing strategy accordingly.
  •   Driving brand positioning and customer engagement by reinforcing the company's reputation as a trusted provider of cutting-edge ICT solutions, fostering long-term client relationships, and ensuring brand loyalty.
  •   Developing a strategy for the product portfolio, pricing, promotion, advertising, etc.
  •   Manage and oversee the performance of other staff in the Marketing Department.
  •   Other reasonable tasks required by management.

 

To qualify for the job, you should have:

  • At least three years of relevant work experience or a relevant bachelor's degree
  • Have a can-do attitude and be able to work under pressure.
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Be creative and analytical
