Fleet Manager

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING THE FOLLOWING TASKS TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS:

●     Organise the purchase, leasing, and sale of vehicles and manage related agreements.

●     Manage vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs to ensure efficiency and safety.

●     Cordinate, plan and schedule deliveries, ensuring timely collection and delivery of goods.

●     Supervise drivers, ensuring high standards of performance and customer service.

●     Monitor compliance with transport laws, NZTA regulations, and health & safety requirements.

●     Manage and Maintain customer bookings, fleet records, reports, and operational documents.

●     Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

●     Liaise with clients and third parties to resolve issues and maintain service standards.

Qualification, Experience and Attributes Required

●     The applicant must have at least 5 years of work experience and a bachelor degree or above qualification.

●     Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

●     Excellent communication and client service skills.

●     Ability to lead, coordinate, and work in a fast-paced environment.

●     Knowledge of vehicle leasing, purchasing, and maintenance processes.
