The minimum rate of pay is $37/hour-$39/hour, the minimum hour of work is 30 hours per week, 5 days a week.

Duties and responsibilities:

1.Campaign Development and Management:

o    Design and implement advertising campaigns that align with business’ sales goals, ensuring a consistent brand message across all media channels.

o    Provide strategic advice to leadership on advertising approaches that effectively reach and engage target audiences, enhancing brand awareness and product appeal.

 2. Market Analysis and Insights:

o    Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for new products, utilizing this data to inform marketing strategies.

o    Gather and analyze market data to assess the potential demand for both existing and new products, and provide actionable insights to drive marketing decisions.

3. Strategic Marketing Planning:

o    Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing plans that support business growth, covering all aspects of marketing from product promotion to sales support.

o    Offer recommendations on marketing mix elements, such as product positioning, pricing strategies, promotional tactics, and distribution methods.

4. Content and Media Coordination:

o    Lead the creation, scheduling, and publication of engaging content for social media platforms and the company website, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.

o    Coordinate the production of marketing materials to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

5. Support for Sales and Retail Operations:

o    Work closely with store managers and staff to develop and implement sales strategies, such as promotional campaigns and in-store merchandising, based on performance data and market trends.

o    Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials to support retail operations.

6. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

o    Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing regular reports and insights to improve future campaigns.

o    Continuously evaluate digital marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize content and improve search engine visibility.
