You will be working across smash repair and automotive workshops on a mix of post-collision mechanical, general servicing, diagnostics, and roadworthiness checks. This is not a service-only role — you will be doing real diagnostic work on modern vehicles and working with current scan tools end to end.

You will be working across smash repair and automotive workshops on a mix of post-collision mechanical, general servicing, diagnostics, and roadworthiness checks. This is not a service-only role — you will be doing real diagnostic work on modern vehicles and working with current scan tools end to end.
Day to day you will be across:
- Post-collision mechanical including suspension, steering, and alignment
- Diagnostics using scan tools from symptom through to fix
- General servicing and roadworthiness work on passenger and light commercial vehicles
- Brakes, suspension, steering, and drivetrain checks
- Delivering thorough, quality mechanical work across a busy workshop
- Trade qualification in automotive mechanics
- 3 or more years in a commercial workshop environment
- Comfortable running a scan tool end to end — diagnosis, not just code reading
- Full clean driver's licence and own hand tools
- NZ citizen on a 444 visa, ready to fly within 2 weeks of offer
