With growing business activities across different service lines, Dev Travel requires an Operations Manager to oversee overall operations, ensure coordination between departments, and support business efficiency.

Position Title: Operation Manager

Pay Rate: $32 – $40 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience OR Level 4 qualification.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day‑to‑day operations across courier delivery, retail store, and travel booking services.
  • Act as the principal operational leader, reporting directly to the Director.
  • Supervise the Delivery Manager and monitor performance of courier operations and drivers.
  • Ensure effective coordination between retail, courier, and travel service teams.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures, workflows, and service standards.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, transport, and business operating requirements.
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and operational planning activities.
  • Resolve operational issues, customer escalations, and service disruptions.
  • Provide regular operational reports and performance updates to the Director.
