Key Responsibilities

  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, drywall, and other construction materials.
  • Install doors, windows, flooring, cabinetry, and trim.
  • Build frameworks such as walls, roofs, staircases, and partitions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Inspect and repair damaged structures or fixtures.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely.
