Kirimana are seeking experienced civil labourers and operators to join our team on long-term civil infrastructure projects across Christchurch and Canterbury. We have ongoing work available on major projects, offering consistent hours and strong pay rates.

What's on Offer
- Operators: $30-$36 per hour (depending on skill & experience)
- Civil Labourers: $25-$29 per hour
- Permanent, full-time positions
- 40+ hours per week (Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays)
- Long-term projects (6-24 months) with opportunities to extend
- Work on key Canterbury civil infrastructure projects
About You - Operators
- Minimum 2 years' experience in civil infrastructure
- Able to read and interpret plans and levels
- Strong focus on Health & Safety
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
- Class 1 Full Driver's Licence
- Wheels, Tracks & Rollers endorsements
- NZ citizen or resident with legal right to work
- Ability to provide work references
- Civil construction experience preferred but not essential
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Safety-focused and able to take direction
