Store Manager – Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, team leadership, and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently

  • Lead, train, and supervise staff to achieve performance targets

  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained

  • Monitor inventory levels, stock control, and ordering

  • Handle cash management, budgeting, and sales reporting

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience or level 4 certificate.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of retail operations and stock management
