Pay Rate: $32 – $35 per hour
Hours: 30–40 hours per week
We are seeking a motivated Facilities Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversees, manages, and directs the strategic and day-to-day operations of warehouse facilities to ensure all physical aspects function efficiently and effectively.

Create and sustain safe and productive environments for staff and operations.

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Manage inventory control, storage, and movement of goods.

Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate workflow across teams.

Maintain warehouse facilities, equipment, and safety standards.

Implement and monitor operational processes to optimise productivity.

Liaise with procurement, logistics, warehouse and management teams for seamless operations.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as administrator /assistant administrator/similar role Or a relevant Diploma qualification may substutute the work experience requirement.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures would be an advantage.

Ability to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
