Pure NZ Gift Ltd is located in Queenstown, South Island. We sell top-quality New Zealand gifts, souvenirs, and health products to tourists in Queenstown. We now need four Sales Consultants to help us provide top-quality service. This is a full-time job with guaranteed 30 working hours per week.  

 

The job involves the following tasks and duties: 

·      Greeting customers with a warm welcome and explaining our products.

·      Responding to customer inquiries.

·      Obtaining customer needs and advising on product use and price.

·      Selling gifts, souvenirs, health products, and other products available

·      Arranging domestic and international courier delivery when necessary.

·      Accepting payment, issuing invoices, and keeping records of transactions.

·      Assisting with stock takes and stock management.

·      stacking and displaying goods for sale, and wrapping and packing goods sold

·      Ensure the shop has a clean and tidy environment

 

Requirements for this role include:

· No work experience is needed, but you need to have a relevant NZQF Level 1 certificate or a Bachelor's degree in any major.

· As most of our customers are Chinese-speaking tourists, speaking fluent Mandarin Chinese will be preferable but not a must.

· If you have an understanding or experience with operating a WeChat official account or Red Note, it will be highly preferred.

· You should have good interpersonal and communication skills.

· You should be able to work during the weekend and sometimes in the evening because we open seven days a week and from 9 AM to 10 PM.
