Painter – Renovation & Maintenance

We are a Builder company specialising in renovation and maintenance work, looking for three experienced Painter to join our team.

About the role: Most of our painting work is part of maintenance jobs for residential homes and small commercial premises. The work is mainly interior painting, with some exterior painting when needed.

Day-to-day tasks:

• Set up ladders and drop sheets before starting each job
• Prepare surfaces — sand, fill holes and cracks, clean and seal before painting
• Mix and match paint colours as required by the client
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray gun (interior and exterior)
• Touch-up work on existing paintwork as part of maintenance jobs
• Work across different sites as scheduled by the Project Manager, alongside other trades
• Clean up tools, equipment and the work site at the end of each job
• Follow site health and safety rules

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. At least two years of proven experience as a Painter or relevant role in the construction industry
2. Physical ability to work at heights and in different weather conditions
3. Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
4. Pre-employed drug test and Police vetting is required.
