We are looking for three customer service representatives at our BP service station. This is a full- time, permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours a week. The remuneration for this position is a rate of $24 - $26 hourly.

Duties Include:

-        Ensuring customers receive prompt and quality service

-        Communicate with customers, supervisors, colleagues in a positive and professional manner.

-        Perform cashier duties accurately to ensure cash drawers balance, performing basic addition and subtraction functions and counting back change.

-        Address all customer complaints in a professional manner

-        Comply with all safety rules, company policies and scheduling requirements.

-        Accurately balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift

-        Professionally and cheerfully greet customers upon entering the store, assist with any questions which they have.

-        Monitor the surroundings to identify any potential threats.

-        Perform tasks in the store as directed, including stocking, cleaning, pricing and merchandising. 

 

The ideal candidate will be:

-        Minimum level 1 qualification 

-        Proactive, motivated and a hardworking person

-        Able to work part of a team as well as unsupervised.

-        Passionate in providing customer service and always putting the customer first

-        A great communicator

-        Available to work rotating shifts, on weekends and public holidays.
