We are seeking a skilled Poultry Butcher to join our team. The role involves skilled meat cutting, boning, and carcass breakdown work performed within a production line environment.
Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Breaking down whole chicken carcasses into standard cuts on a production line

Performing boning and deboning using professional meat cutting tools
-
Cutting poultry into retail and processing portions including breasts, thighs, wings, and drumsticks

Trimming meat to meet quality, weight, and specification requirements
-
Maintaining accurate portion control during production work
-
Identifying and removing non-conforming or defective products
-
Working in accordance with production specifications and food safety standards

Supporting other team members by providing guidance on correct cutting and deboning techniques

Assisting in maintaining efficient workflow on the production line

Ensuring compliance with hygiene, and workplace safety requirements
Skills and Experience Required - Applicants must have:

At least two years relevant working experiences

High level of manual knife proficiency and carcass breakdown knowledge
-
Ability to work independently without step-by-step supervision

Capability to apply technical judgement in cutting and boning decisions

Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards deeply
