Job Description: Excellent opportunity to join a successful and well-established South Island
based vineyard operation and management company.

This job is required to perform: (specific duty tasks)

• Planning crop types, planting schedules, and production volumes.
• Preparing growing areas and monitoring crop growth and condition.

• Ensuring crops are properly watered, fertilised, and maintained using computer- controlled precision drip irrigation and heating systems for frost protection.

• Purchasing seeds, fertilisers, chemicals, tools, and other farm supplies, and
monitoring stock levels.
• Maintaining and repairing basic farm equipment and reporting major maintenance
needs.
• Handling farm chemicals safely and ensuring all staff follow safety procedures.
• Keeping accurate production and inventory records.
• Ensuring full compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and
environmental regulations.

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

• At least 2 years of relevant experience working; OR
• Certificate Level 4 in any major
• AND Be Physically Fit
