The Opportunity

We are seeking dynamic Investor Relationship Manager.

We are an established and successful property private credit platform located in Cambridge. Funding is sourced from a large pool of loyal wholesale investors.

 Key Responsibilities:

·         Be the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer experiences for new and existing investors.

·         Develop and execute proactive business development strategies to expand the investor base and achieve investor growth targets.

 

Key Tasks:

·         Provide exceptional service as the key contact for investor queries delivering an unmatched brand experience.

·         Cultivate relationships with referrers and advisors, actively engaging with our target investor base to grow new investor participation.

·         Coordinate business development activities with the marketing initiatives to grow the investor base.

·         Learn and be able to clearly articulate our key competitive advantages in the context of the broader New Zealand investment landscape.

·         Collaborate with the GM Lending and wider team.

 

About You:

·         A professional yet personable “people person” and communicator, with an influential relationship presence.

  ·       A genuine and relatable communication style with the ability to build trust quickly, articulate clearly, and establish rapport with people of all backgrounds and experience levels.

·         Sound property loan financing knowledge and/or experience, particularly in the commercial sector

·         Strong time management skills, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to meeting agreed KPIs.

·         Experience in the financial advisory or the Funds Management field would be advantageous.

·         Ability to thrive in a small team culture.

·         Willingness to do a limited amount of travel within New Zealand as required.

Significant Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Earnings.
