About Us

Tomorrow Image Limited is a wedding photography company established in 2023 and based in Queenstown, New Zealand. We specialize in capturing high-quality wedding and event photography, working closely with clients—particularly from Chinese-speaking backgrounds—to create meaningful and memorable experiences.

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a motivated and hands-on Personal Assistant to support our Director in the daily operations and coordination of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director in daily business activities
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, particularly Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring clear, professional, and friendly communication
  • Coordinate photography bookings, schedules, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Manage client enquiries, provide accurate information, and assist in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Maintain and update client records, booking systems, and internal documentation
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic financial records
  • Liaise with photographers, makeup artists, venues, and other service providers to ensure seamless coordination
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure all services are delivered on schedule
  • Support marketing activities, including social media updates, content posting, and client engagement
  • Assist in maintaining the company’s online presence, including website updates and responding to online enquiries
  • Handle general office administration tasks and support overall business operations

Requirements

  • A relevant qualification assessed at NZQA Level 6 or above qualification in business, hospitality, performance arts, photography or another related field, or
  • Over 3 years of work experience in administrative role, photography industry, video shooting or presentation or performance related industry
  • Fluency in Mandarin as 95% of our clients are Chinese
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for customer service and delivering high-quality client experiences
