Key Responsibilities:
Analyse the residential property market and home staging industry to identify client demand, styling trends, and opportunities for business growth.
Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing plans that support the pricing, positioning, and promotion of the company’s home staging and interior styling services.
Prepare and deliver marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s business objectives and enhance brand visibility in the property and real estate market.
Conduct and coordinate market research to understand client preferences, real estate trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for expanding service offerings.
Provide advice on core marketing functions, including service packaging and positioning, pricing strategies, advertising and promotional activities, digital marketing approaches, and customer engagement channels.
Manage and optimise the company’s online presence, including website content and social media platforms, to effectively showcase staging projects and attract potential clients.
Collaborate with real estate agents, property owners, and internal design teams to ensure marketing activities accurately reflect the company’s brand and service quality.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and use data-driven insights to improve lead generation and business outcomes.
Skills and Requirements:
- A relevant bachelor’s degree (or higher qualification), or a minimum of five years of relevant work experience (either one acceptable).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand positioning, and service promotion, particularly within the property, interior design, or home staging industry.
- Ability to analyse website and digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Ability to create and optimise marketing content, including service descriptions, project showcases, and promotional materials for online platforms.
- Experience in conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when presenting design services, pricing, and project information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, real estate professionals, and team members.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s licence is preferred, as site visits and client consultations may be required.
