Lead civil projects end-to-end in the Southern Lakes region with a respected family contractor. This is a hands-on PM role with a tight knit team.
About the company:
Faulks Investments is a fifth-generation, family-owned civil contractor with deep roots in the Southern Lakes region. The business has a powerful reputation for building long-term relationships and delivering high-quality work – every time. They live and breathe the mantra “you are only as good as your last contract”.
Specialising in land development, earthworks, drainage, roading, landscaping, demolition and full siteworks packages, Faulks partners with respected contractors and looks after their clients. This is a company where you are more than a number, you will gain exposure to how a successful civil business operates and play a meaningful role in its continued growth.
Benefits:
This is a newly created Project Manager position based in Queenstown to support continued growth. You will oversee varied projects from initiation through to completion, managing programmes, subcontractors, contracts, and client relationships. It is a busy role within a small, high-performing team. There is no large corporate structure behind you which means you gain broader exposure to the commercial and operational side of the business.
We are looking for a team player who is not afraid to get their hands and boots dirty – not someone who sits back and manages from a distance.
