About the Role:

  • Supervise commercial concrete placing & finishing operations
  • Lead foremen, placers, finishers & labourers
  • Coordinate and run large-scale pours
  • Plan labour, plant, equipment & materials
  • Liaise with contractors, engineers & site teams
  • Manage concrete supply, pumps & deliveries
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time & to spec
  • Monitor productivity and manage workflow
  • Oversee QA, documentation & quality standards


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years commercial concrete placing & finishing experience
  • Proven experience supervising teams and running pours
  • Strong experience with mechanical screeds & power floats
  • Ability to plan and manage pours from start to finish
  • Confident reading drawings and specifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High focus on safety, quality & productivity
  • Full driver's licence

Requirements:

  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test
  • Physically fit and capable of hands-on work
  • Legal right to work in New Zealand
