We are seeking competent Maintenance Fitters to work with us in Auckland

You are guaranteed to work at least 30 hours per week, and you should have either relevant qualification, or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

We offer hourly wage rates ranging from Minimum $25 to maximum of $35 depending on your skill and/or relevant work experience

Your main tasks as a maintenance fitter include:

 - studying drawings and specifications to determine suitable material, method and sequence of operations, and machine settings

- fitting cleaned motors into mechanical ventilation and air conditioning system

- checking metal parts for accuracy, clearance and fit using precision measuring instruments

- cutting, threading, bending and riveting pipes and lines

- diagnosing faults and performing operational maintenance of mechanical ventilation and air conditioning system

- may maintain and test machines and equipment on-site
